About
About Me
Born and raised in Warrington, England, soccer has been part of my life from an early age. Throughout my journey, I’ve played and coached at a range of levels, from grassroots soccer to the professional academy environment.
Having played and coached within Everton FC’s professional academy and holding a UEFA C Coaching License, I’ve experienced firsthand the standards and attention to detail required at the highest levels of player development. After moving to America and working as a Director of Coaching, I saw an opportunity to bring those experiences and my own coaching philosophy to players here in South Central Texas.
That led to the creation of Cam Brown Coaching & Analysis (CBCA) — a family-owned business focused on quality coaching, individual development, confidence, decision-making and, most importantly, helping players enjoy the game.
America has also become home. I met my wife here, our family has recently grown, and we’re proud to continue putting down roots in the New Braunfels community.
More recently, we expanded into select soccer with NBFC Rogue, bringing the same player-centered approach into a competitive team environment. Our goal is to develop technically strong, confident and intelligent players while creating a positive soccer culture for local families.
For us, it’s always been about more than soccer. We want to develop better players, confident young people and help grow the game within our community.

Our DNA
At Cam Brown Coaching and Analysis, we embrace a first pass forward philosophy, meaning we prioritize proactivity and strive to foster attacking, instinctive soccer.
Our coaching methods are both authentic and repeatable, tailoring each session to fit your child's unique needs while honing essential skills.
With a UEFA license coaching badge, we take pride in delivering a high level of coaching expertise.
Our core principles blend English and European soccer techniques, emphasizing the physical, psychological, social, and technical/tactical dimensions of the game, while prioritizing ball mastery and fluidity inherent to the European style.
Our mission is to elevate soccer standards in South Central Texas and beyond through exceptional coaching and talent development. With experience in elite environments, I have the expertise to enhance your child's abilities, empowering them to represent themselves and our organization to the best of their capabilities.
We have created an environment that allows your children to feel comfortable but also test their limits. We promote authenticity within the organization, starting with the coaches and equally expected from the players and parents.
